BGS GAS SHEET BAG
Genuine canvas pocket containing the anti-mustard sheet made for the Bundesgrenzschutze in the 1950s for the new reconstituted German army. Made exactly like the model used during the Second World War and was combined with the gas mask canister as essential equipment. The pocket made of waxed cotton to be waterproof is sealed by two snap buttons and on the back two loops allowed it to be attached to the mask holder shoulder strap. Inside is a genuine sheet made for the Bundeswehr and deactivated.
The pocket and cloth are perfect for historical reconstructions and collecting.
