GERMAN ARMY SHIRT

 Reproduction of the German Army field shirt adopted in 1941.

The pre-war model adopted in 1933 was made of raw white cotton and rayon, designed to be worn under the jacket, but inadequate for the camouflage and to be worn without jacket in warm climates.

In 1941 it was then dyed in gray-green and a collar was added so that it could be worn without a jacket in the summer.

Fabric: 100% cotton.
